Location: Remote within the EU, with GMT timezone alignment

What you will do
- Own cloud access and identity management across the client’s cloud estate.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and related tooling.
- Manage shared infrastructure used by multiple engineering teams.
- Control permissions and governance for cloud resources and services.
- Apply careful change management to high-blast-radius infrastructure and unblock dependent teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on AWS experience, especially with IAM, IAM Identity Center/SSO, and AWS Organizations.
- Essential experience with Terraform; strong Terragrunt experience is preferred.
- Experience operating shared, high-blast-radius infrastructure.
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD, including OIDC federation to cloud providers.
- Familiarity with Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar monitoring tools, plus scripting in Python or JavaScript.
- Strong focus on clean engineering practices, testing, reliability, and sound adoption of AI tools.
