MLOps Engineer (GenAI Platform)

What you will do

• Build and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure for a production agentic AI platform.
• Provision infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code practices and deploy containerized components in AWS, including ECS.
• Configure IAM, secrets management, encryption, monitoring, logging, security scanning, and performance controls.
• Develop Python services and REST APIs supporting AI-driven workflows and business capabilities.
• Contribute to retrieval-augmented generation, LLM orchestration, AI-agent integrations, and retrieval-quality evaluation.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests with pytest and participate in technical design, code reviews, and GitHub workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating production AI/ML or GenAI platforms in AWS.
• Practical knowledge of AWS infrastructure, preferably ECS, IAM, and Secrets Manager.
• Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code practices and Docker-based production deployments.
• Experience with cloud security, access controls, secrets management, encryption, monitoring, logging, and operational controls.
• Production-quality Python development, REST APIs, automated testing with pytest, and GitHub-based development workflows.
• Mid-level experience and availability for an initial 6-month B2B engagement, with possible extension.

Nice to have

• Experience with production LLM systems, AI agents, agentic workflows, or retrieval-augmented generation.
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration, tool calling, AI workflow management, and response-quality evaluation.
• Understanding of guardrails and security for production GenAI solutions.
• Experience in regulated, security-sensitive, or customer-facing environments.
• Knowledge of telecommunications products or customer-service processes.
