Senior Member Technical (Data Engineering) (Python/SQL/AWS/Snowflake): Building and optimizing cloud-based data pipelines and warehouses with an accent on AWS services, Snowflake performance, ETL, and API integration. What you will do
- Build and maintain data engineering solutions on cloud platforms.
- Develop and orchestrate data pipelines using Python, SQL, and tools such as Apache Airflow.
- Design and optimize Snowflake data warehouses, including performance tuning and cost optimization.
- Implement ETL processes, data integrations, and APIs.
- Adapt workflows to improve efficiency and meet evolving project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative value through Agile Scrum practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related roles, including cloud-based data engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, plus experience with data pipeline orchestration tools.
- Expertise in AWS services such as S3, Glue, and Lambda, and extensive Snowflake experience.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, data security, privacy, and compliance skills.
