International Affiliate (Mental Health)

Location: Hybrid role in Melaka, Malaysia, with in-person and virtual client sessions

What you will do

• Provide counseling and therapy sessions to clients in person and virtually.
• Follow Lyra’s clinical and service standards while maintaining a high standard of care.
• Manage client referrals and session scheduling.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and administrative records.
• Coordinate periodically with Lyra’s care and operations teams to support seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Registered Counselor (KB; PA) with the Malaysian Board of Counselors or qualified Clinical Psychologist registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC).
• Experience providing counseling or therapy services.
• Access to a safe, private, and professional space for in-person sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with professional, confidential, and ethical practice.
• Ability to complete documentation and administrative requirements on time.
• Comfort using digital tools for sessions and case management, working independently, and communicating with a remote team.
• Fluent English is required.
