Infrastructure and Enterprise Engineer II (AI Ops)

Location: Prague, Czechia

Salary: Kč772,500–Kč1,081,500 total cash range, with potential pay up to Kč1,236,000 based on sustained performance.

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and optimize AI-driven production services for reliability, availability, performance, and SLA compliance.
• Build and maintain automation, tooling, and runbooks for deployment, change management, incident response, and recovery.
• Support AI workloads in production, including model-serving infrastructure, APIs, background processing, and data pipelines.
• Apply system design, API design, and data modeling principles to improve service robustness, observability, and maintainability.
• Integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions with appropriate quality, compliance, security, monitoring, and operational guardrails.
• Use metrics, logs, and operational insights to reduce toil and improve scalability and resilience across multiple domains.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Professional experience supporting production services or platforms, including incident handling and on-call participation.
• Strong background in DevOps, SRE, or automation-focused operations.
• Experience automating operational processes and managing infrastructure as code.
• Solid scripting or programming skills, preferably Python.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge with required AWS experience and practical exposure to AI-driven production systems.

Nice to have

• Experience operating AI or ML workloads at scale, including model deployment, versioning, rollout strategies, and performance monitoring.
• Experience designing operational architectures with observability, resilience patterns, and capacity planning.
• Experience leading post-incident reviews, automating manual tasks, and improving reliability for business-critical systems.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and data/ML teams on system design, APIs, and data models.
