Experienced Backend System Developer (Java/Spring): Developing, maintaining, and evolving backend services for network video, security, and surveillance solutions with an accent on REST APIs, authentication, and domain understanding. What you will do
- Develop new functionality for backend services.
- Maintain and further develop existing software code.
- Configure and adapt existing systems.
- Build in-depth domain understanding and assess the long-term impact of technical decisions.
- Contribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and the long-term quality of solutions.
Requirements
- Solid professional experience with Java and Spring.
- Experience developing and working with REST APIs.
- Experience with authentication systems.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Relevant education in software development or equivalent professional experience.
- Drive, accountability, respect for deadlines, and a collaborative approach.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of OAuth2 and OIDC.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Git, GitHub Actions, and Linux.
- Knowledge of Python or another programming language.
- Working knowledge of Swedish.
