Senior QA Engineer (Selenium/Playwright)

What you will do

• Define and execute quality strategies, test approaches, and quality standards across products and Agile development teams.
• Validate complex end-to-end software and hardware-integrated solutions through manual, exploratory, automated, and laboratory-based testing.
• Provide technical leadership in quality engineering, test automation frameworks, and testing methodologies while mentoring other engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Architecture, Operations, and Support to identify risks and establish quality gates for releases.
• Own quality metrics, release-readiness assessments, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate real-world customer workflows, operational readiness, usability, reliability, compliance, and business impact.

Requirements

• Ideally 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance and quality engineering.
• Strong knowledge of software quality practices, manual testing, automated testing, and exploratory testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of API and integration testing, quality metrics, reporting, and release governance.
• Experience validating solutions that combine software with physical devices in laboratory or production-like environments.
• Skills with Selenium, Playwright, Python, C#, Jenkins, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and BPMN.
