Java Backend Developer

Location: Hybrid, with at least 3 days per week required from the Vilnius office; Vilnius and Kaunas offices available

Salary: €3,330–€6,660 gross monthly, plus yearly bonuses of approximately 10% of annual salary and a Booking Holdings RSU package worth $20,000 gross with possible yearly refreshes.

What you will do

• Implement new backend search and booking features under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Improve existing functionality with a focus on speed and user experience.
• Create and maintain integrations with third-party travel APIs.
• Support search and booking technology connecting more than 200 travel partners, 500,000 hotels, and 550 airlines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with Java.
• Familiarity with the Spring framework and SQL databases.
• Education in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with at least 3 office days per week.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
