Retirement Sales Associate

Location: Austin, TX, or Newport Beach, CA, USA

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 base salary, plus discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Promote hirify.global products and provide sales support to financial advisors in the defined contribution retirement market.
• Build and manage relationships with emerging financial advisors and prospective clients.
• Make proactive outbound calls, respond to inbound sales and product inquiries, and follow up on client requests.
• Partner with an external wholesaler to develop sales ideas, business plans, and sales strategies.
• Maintain the CRM system, schedule wholesaler visits, and coordinate with internal groups including marketing.
• Monitor and report on competitors in the retirement marketplace; occasional travel is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 63 must be completed within three months of the start date.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, project management, multitasking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptability, resilience, high emotional intelligence, integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
