Global IT Service Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end intake and triage for assigned Project LITE requests.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Global IT teams.
• Lead requirements gathering, discovery sessions, and impact assessments.
• Coordinate delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks across teams.
• Apply ITIL practices to change, incident, problem, and service request processes.
• Ensure service readiness, operational transition, pipeline accuracy, and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in IT service delivery, ITSM, or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM platform.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional IT initiatives.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and navigate ambiguous demand.
