Enterprise Architect (AI/ERP)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work options are available.

Salary: EUR 10,000–14,000 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Assess fragmented ERP landscapes across multiple acquired organizations and evaluate business, technical, and integration challenges.
• Develop modernization, consolidation, rationalization, and system-by-system transformation recommendations, including re-host, re-platform, and re-architect approaches.
• Define target-state enterprise architecture, implementation roadmaps, transition approaches, and modernization priorities.
• Evaluate ERP platforms, vendors, RFP responses, extensibility, AI readiness, strategic fit, and long-term technology risks.
• Design integration approaches for AI overlays and capabilities without disrupting core business systems.
• Partner with AI and Data Architects, finance stakeholders, and executive audiences to turn discovery findings into practical, defensible recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or Solution Architecture.
• Strong ERP modernization, transformation, consolidation, and enterprise integration experience.
• Experience with consulting, post-M&A ERP initiatives, enterprise software vendor evaluation, and RFP processes.
• Experience developing target-state enterprise architectures and aligning technology strategy with business transformation goals.
• Excellent executive communication and consulting skills, including the ability to explain AI to non-technical finance stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.

Nice to have

• ERP selection experience and expertise with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday.
• AI transformation, AI overlay, transport-layer, bolt-on, demo-pilot, or cloud-managed AI/ML services experience.
• Familiarity with Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, or MLflow.
• Healthcare or revenue cycle management domain awareness.
