Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Assisted Development)

What you will do

• Use AI coding agents across discovery, planning, implementation, testing, review, documentation, and debugging.
• Develop complete features across backend services, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain APIs, business logic, database models, integrations, and user interfaces.
• Create maintainable code, automated tests, reusable components, and technical documentation.
• Work with real-time and high-throughput data while maintaining performance across devices and platforms.
• Own features from requirements through deployment, monitoring, production support, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience and experience with complex production applications.
• Experience delivering customer-facing features across both frontend and backend.
• AI-assisted development must already be part of the normal engineering workflow, including reviewing, understanding, debugging, and taking responsibility for AI-generated code.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, with experience in React and backend development using Node.js and NestJS.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, TypeORM, REST APIs, and message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Good written and spoken English and Spanish are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated testing, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Experience with gRPC, Grafana, production observability, or shared web and mobile codebases.
• Experience with real-time or high-throughput data flows and cross-platform development.
• Background in fintech, banking, trading, investment products, or crypto.
• Knowledge of the Argentine market and financial application security or data integrity requirements.
