Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Latvia; hybrid work with flexible hours and an office in Teodors / Jaunā Teika.

Salary: €5,000–€8,000 per month plus equity and stock options.

What you will do

• Build and ship product features in an agent-driven workflow using NestJS, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and Docker.
• Steer AI agents, review their output, and verify the quality and reliability of shipped code.
• Harden systems built on top of LLMs through schema enforcement, validation, and graceful degradation.
• Work across a shared TypeScript codebase with frontend and mobile teams using React and React Native.
• Improve engineering quality, tooling, and development processes across the team.

Requirements

• Several years of experience shipping production software with solid full-stack or backend fundamentals.
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js experience; NestJS experience is beneficial.
• Strong PostgreSQL knowledge and experience with Docker or Docker Compose.
• Experience with React or React Native.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant data and row-level security.
• Experience building or hardening systems that use third-party APIs and LLMs, plus strong written and verbal communication.
