QA Technical Lead (iGaming)

What you will do

• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for UI, API, and WebSocket testing.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and track coverage metrics and quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Developers, DevOps, and Product Owners to improve product testability.
• Mentor QA testers, review automation code, and enforce technical testing standards.
• Develop regression and performance tests and troubleshoot issues with developers.
• Validate integrations with backend services, streaming solutions, and real-time systems across games and platforms.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software testing experience, including 2+ years in an automation-focused or technical lead role.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress and proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with backend, API, and WebSocket testing.
• Experience integrating automated tests into Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD systems.
• Familiarity with microservices, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and performance testing tools such as Artillery, JMeter, or k6.
• Experience mentoring engineers, reviewing automation code, and solving problems in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with online gaming, live streaming, or real-time applications.
• Exposure to AWS, S3, or cloud-based device testing platforms such as BrowserStack.
• Understanding of Unreal Engine integrations or similar 3D and game technologies.
