TL;DR
Technical Lead (QA Automation): Developing and executing manual and automated test plans, cases, and suites for SDKs and software tools with an accent on Selenium or Playwright frameworks, CI/CD integration, and comprehensive requirements traceability. What you will do
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test suites for SDKs and software tools.
- Analyze system specifications with architects, product managers, and developers to identify edge cases before development.
- Translate requirements into high-coverage test scenarios and maintain traceability between requirements and automated suites.
- Design, implement, and scale reusable test automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines and investigate defects through logs, system data, and product behavior.
- Report testing progress, product stability, and release readiness through automated dashboards while improving testing processes and tools.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Selenium or Playwright for test-case automation.
- Experience creating manual and automated test scenarios from complex system requirements.
- Ability to diagnose moderately complex SDK and software-tool defects.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Readiness to work in Agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
