What you will do

• Manage individual project workstreams, including hypothesis development, data collection, model creation, analysis, and primary and secondary research.
• Address information limitations and surface actionable insights for clients.
• Synthesize findings into written presentations and review them with clients and stakeholders.
• Support Partners with accurate, high-quality project delivery and report to Engagement Managers and Principals.
• Coach consultants and help develop their skill sets.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization.
• Prior experience in health-related topics.
• Experience leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced, demanding environments.
• Strong strategic problem-solving background and demonstrable analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial strategy, digital and technology, or operations improvement in Life Sciences, including pharmaceuticals, MedTech, or biotechnology.
• Experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• MD or another clinical degree.
• Fluency in Arabic.
