Analyst, Strategy Consulting (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Support client projects by analyzing business questions and developing practical solutions within established consulting frameworks.
• Collaborate with project teams to prepare presentations, summaries, discussion materials, and other client deliverables.
• Review data, build market understanding, and structure issues under the guidance of experienced consultants.
• Refine client-facing materials to improve clarity, structure, and relevance.
• Develop consulting skills, problem-solving approaches, and life sciences industry knowledge through project work and training.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in consulting, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Strong interest in management consulting and the life sciences industry.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, including comfort with unstructured or ambiguous questions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with colleagues at different levels.
• Basic understanding of business concepts and the factors influencing decision-making.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Nice to have

• Pharmacist, PharmD, or equivalent background.
