Senior Incident Response Forensic Investigator (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Respond to high-severity security incidents in coordination with the Security Incident Response Control Centre.
• Identify, contain, and remediate threats across enterprise environments.
• Collect, preserve, and analyze digital evidence from endpoints, servers, cloud platforms, and network devices in line with legal and regulatory standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and prepare detailed forensic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and maintain forensic tools, including triage scripts and memory acquisition utilities.
• Automate response activities with Python, PowerShell, or C++ and perform malware reverse engineering and memory analysis.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent certifications such as CHFI, CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, GCIH, GREM, or GCFA.
• At least 3 years of experience in security services or infrastructure services support, operations monitoring, or end-user support.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience analyzing Windows, Unix/Linux, network, and device logs, including Cisco and Wireshark/Ethereal data.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations, infrastructure services, security incidents, and security processes.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
• At least 3 years of production experience building RESTful APIs with Node.js, Express, and Socket.io, plus TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Sequelize ORM, Git, and Docker.
