Senior Environment Artist (GameDev)

What you will do

• Model environment assets including modular pieces, props, and hero assets.
• Perform set dressing, including composition, storytelling, and scene staging.
• Work directly inside game engines to build and polish level art.
• Ensure technical performance such as LODs, draw calls, and memory management.
• Collaborate with Level Designers and Art Directors to maintain visual quality.
• Mentor team members by sharing knowledge and reviewing work constructively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in environment or level art for games.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both environment modeling and set dressing.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Experience with game engines like Unreal 5 or Unity.
• Knowledge of PBR, texture creation in Substance, and asset optimization.
