Visual Storytelling Designer – Futures

What you will do

• Translate complex, future-focused ideas into emotionally engaging visual narratives.
• Lead end-to-end video production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and motion graphics.
• Create short films, explainer videos, concept reels, and keynote visuals for internal and external audiences.
• Facilitate workshops and storyboard sessions to align stakeholders on future narratives.
• Build relationships across the Customer Experience function and wider enterprise to increase adoption of storytelling assets.
• Maintain asset libraries and workflow standards to support quality and delivery speed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, film/media, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in video editing and motion-led storytelling using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with Figma for concepting and design collaboration.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic visual storytelling and end-to-end creative production.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence through workshops and presentations.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, supported by proactive, resilient thinking and strong creative judgment.

Nice to have

• Practical experience using AI-assisted creative tools for ideation, visual generation, and rapid prototyping while maintaining quality and brand standards.
