Requirements

• Degree or relevant studies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or another relevant technology or engineering discipline.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Project management skills, learning agility, technical aptitude, and willingness to learn.
• Relevant leadership, internship, or on-the-job training experience.
• Willingness to start in January 2027 is required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to banking, finance, or technology.
• Strong academic performance, including Latin honors.
• Leadership experience in university organizations, projects, or committees.
