Director: Workplace Services North America (Facilities Management)

Location: Full-time, in-office position based at hirify.global’ headquarters in Downtown Manhattan, New York, United States.

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 USD per year base pay in New York State, with potential bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Oversee facility services and workplace programs across the North American bi-coastal portfolio, focusing on efficiency, performance, and innovation.
• Support studio leads and conduct structured site visits to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Lead, coach, and manage the North America Workplace Services Managers.
• Collaborate with regional Workplace Services leaders to maintain consistent service quality and execution.
• Develop, manage, and report on workplace budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Partner with Project Management, Real Estate, Health & Safety, and Administration teams on service delivery, real estate strategy, leasehold improvements, and capital projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of multi-site facilities management experience, including 5+ years leading senior managers.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and improving operational efficiency across multiple locations.
• Ability to take objectives from conceptualization through execution and build relationships across all organizational levels.
• Experience with new office builds, renovations, relocation, or construction projects.
• Experience using data to improve preventive maintenance, identify trends, optimize service delivery, and guide facilities decisions.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, including the ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.

Nice to have

• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Experience with ticketing and management systems such as Monday.com, ServiceNow, or OfficeSpace.
• Experience in a studio or production environment.
