Customer Experience Representative

Location: Herzliya, Tel Aviv District, Israel

hirify.global is a self-service ski trip booking platform that combines flights, accommodation, transfers, ski passes, equipment, and lessons into customizable holidays.

What you will do

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout their hirify.global journey.
• Provide post-booking support based on customer needs.
• Support customers during their trips and help deliver a positive experience.
• Represent the customer voice and influence the product development roadmap.
• Work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.

Requirements

• Native-level English with strong verbal and written communication skills is required.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a technology company, ideally in travel.
• At least 1 year of customer service or customer experience work, ideally in a remote setting.
• Experience using support and CRM systems; HubSpot or Zendesk experience is an advantage.
• Strong technical understanding and self-learning ability to master complex functional and technical systems.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Ski experience.
• Experience with HubSpot or Zendesk.
