QMS Quality Engineer

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Define cross-company quality processes with stakeholders and monitor effectiveness through agreed KPIs.
• Perform internal assessments and support external assessments.
• Develop quality templates and train or coach teams on processes, best practices, and correct tool usage.
• Set quality work plans and measurable goals with management, then present progress during Quality Management Reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement using lessons learned and factual data.
• Support quality-related issues involving customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in quality engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, mathematics, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing QMS standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 17025, in large multidisciplinary hardware and software organizations.
• At least 5 years of experience conducting internal audits according to ISO 19001.
• Experience with information systems such as PLM, ALM, and Jira.
• Excellent verbal and written Hebrew and English.
• Strong organization, process orientation, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage complex parallel tasks with varied technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile PLM and Polarion ALM.
• Knowledge of automotive standards including IATF 16949, VDA, and AIAG.
• Knowledge of safety-related standards including ISO 13485, AS9100, DO-178, and DO-254.
• Experience in software development organizations.
