Sr. Scientist- PKDM-BA (Immunoassay)

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, qualify, validate, and execute non-regulated immunoassays for pharmacokinetic and soluble target protein measurements.
• Perform sample analysis using ELISA, MSD/ECL, Gyrolab, Quanterix, AlphaLISA, and related immunoassay platforms.
• Design experiments, analyze results, troubleshoot assay issues, and implement process improvements independently.
• Support assay transfers, method qualification, validation activities, and the adoption of new immunoassay technologies.
• Generate technical reports and presentations and communicate findings with cross-functional scientific partners.
• Maintain laboratory records and support instrument maintenance, reagent qualification, inventory management, and laboratory operations.

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, or MD, with relevant postdoctoral experience where applicable; or a master’s degree plus 3 years of scientific experience; or a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of scientific experience.
• Experience developing, qualifying, validating, and executing non-regulated immunoassays in a research or bioanalytical environment.
• Hands-on experience with immunoassay platforms such as ELISA, MSD/ECL, Gyrolab, Quanterix, or AlphaLISA.
• Experience supporting pharmacokinetic and soluble target protein measurements for biologics programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot assay performance, analyze complex datasets, write technical reports, and present scientific results.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in immunology, biochemistry, bioanalytical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of industry experience in immunoassay development and bioanalysis.
