AI Experience Architect

Location: Onsite, primarily from an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, frame, and prioritize AI use cases connected to measurable business and experience outcomes.
• Map current and future business processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflow redesign, automation, decision support, and experience improvement.
• Assess AI opportunity feasibility with technology, data science, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Quantify expected value, benefits, risks, and operational impact through business cases and basic financial modeling.
• Evaluate solution options and support build, buy, or partner recommendations based on enterprise fit, scalability, and delivery implications.
• Bridge business teams, IT, data science, product and delivery leads, and program governance forums.

Requirements

• Strong background in business or enterprise architecture, transformation, or process excellence.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML, cloud platforms, MLOps, large language models, and agentic AI concepts.
• Ability to redesign end-to-end business processes and translate business needs into solution concepts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to assess business value, cost drivers, feasibility, and operational impact.
• Ability to connect business strategy to execution-ready roadmaps and operate in ambiguous environments.
