Deployment Architect (Healthcare AI)

Location: Must be based within 50 miles of York, Pennsylvania, and available to work on-site at the customer site 5 days per week.

Hippocratic AI is building a healthcare-only, safety-focused LLM platform for improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

What you will do

• Partner with clinical and operational leaders onsite to map workflows and identify AI automation opportunities.
• Design and document integrations between AI agents and enterprise EHRs, including Epic, Cerner, and Athena, as well as CRMs and patient engagement platforms.
• Architect, customize, and deploy modular conversational AI agents for patient triage, intake automation, and clinical documentation support.
• Lead post-sale technical implementation, including requirements definition, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and production launch.
• Build deployment tooling and playbooks that standardize implementations and reduce time to launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare implementation, enterprise software deployment, or health-tech product management.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience integrating enterprise EHRs such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, or similar platforms.
• Experience building customer relationships, working autonomously, and operating in client-embedded field roles.
• Ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable product and technical requirements.
• Must be based within 50 miles of York, Pennsylvania and work onsite at the customer site five days per week.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
• Experience with conversational AI, LLM-based systems, or clinical decision support tools.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, security, and healthcare data governance requirements.
• Startup or high-growth technology experience in go-to-market or customer implementation functions.
• Comfort reading, debugging, and discussing Python code with engineering teams.
