LOB Risk Spec Sr

Location: In-office position based in East Brunswick, NJ; Austin, TX; Cleveland, OH; or Philadelphia, PA. Additional hirify.global locations may be considered.

Base salary: $90,000–$150,000 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Execute the line-of-business risk management program and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Design and develop risk management program components aligned with business and regulatory expectations.
• Conduct business self-assessments and quality reviews across lines of business.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional risk initiatives and business-as-usual activities.
• Provide risk expertise while partnering with Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit, and business stakeholders.
• Identify risks, assess their impact, recommend resolutions, and report or escalate compliance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of risk management programs, operational risk, internal controls, organizational governance, and financial-services regulations.
• Strong collaboration, communication, data gathering and reporting, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work in an office-based role at an eligible hirify.global location.

• Experience with change management, conflict management, crisis management, emerging risks, influencing change, operations management, or strategic planning.
