Settlement Operations Intern

Location: Milan, Italy. The internship starts on 1 September.

hirify.global Securities provides post-trade services, including settlement, custody, and issuance through its Central Securities Depositories across European and international markets.

What you will do

• Support the management of settlement services across trading platforms, client systems, and settlement platforms.
• Assist with operational processes and daily monitoring to maintain efficiency and compliance.
• Cooperate with business owners on testing activities and contribute to service enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product and Project teams to assess technical and functional implications of settlement procedures.
• Prepare and maintain settlement documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, or current enrollment in such a program.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong organisational skills, precision, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
• Fluent English required.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
