Register Operations Intern (Capital Markets)

Location: Milan, Italy

Reimbursement: gross €800, plus restaurant tickets.

What you will do

• Support accounting for ordinary and extraordinary transactions.
• Assist with the discharge and diagnostics of intermediary flows and related operational tasks, including printing registers and stamping.
• Help maintain the Shareholders’ Register warehouse and perform secretarial operations.
• Support custody operations and the organisation and management of shareholder and stockholder meetings.
• Provide general operational support to the team.

Requirements

• Studies in accounting or a bachelor’s degree in economics, or current enrolment in one of these programmes.
• Good proficiency with office tools, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and ledger management.
• Basic understanding of legal principles.
• Organised, methodical, communicative, collaborative, and willing to learn.
• Availability for a minimum six-month internship.
