hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Manage valuation projects involving business enterprises, intellectual property, intangible assets, equity, debt, derivatives, structured securities, and complex financial instruments.
• Provide valuation expertise for financial reporting, transactions, tax planning, economic damages, FCPA investigations, white-collar crime defense, forensic matters, litigation, and disputes.
• Review and approve valuation reports and financial models for methodological rigor, defensibility, and strategic relevance.
• Design financial models and prepare technical reports, exhibits, expert testimony materials, and compliance assessments.
• Manage client and referral relationships, present findings, resolve valuation issues, support proposals, and represent the valuation practice in industry forums.
• Supervise and mentor Associates and Seniors while developing automation tools, valuation frameworks, and process improvements.

• At least 6 years of experience in valuation or a similar client-serving consulting practice or function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• ABV, ASA, CVA, or a related designation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency with valuation standards and complex financial instruments.
