Functional Analyst Integration

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Granada, Madrid, Malaga, or Valencia, Spain

What you will do

• Analyze new payroll requirements and legal changes and translate them into user stories with the product owner.
• Assess new features and legal changes affecting existing integrations.
• Identify improvements for internal technical tools used for integration and monitoring.
• Document tools and systems using UML or similar techniques in collaboration with the product owner and team.
• Support implementation and support consultants during customer integration setup and maintenance.
• Perform functional, acceptance, and end-to-end testing and communicate delivered functionality to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Interest in or experience with payroll technology and processes.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Familiarity with agile principles and working methods, with a pragmatic focus on outcomes and sprint objectives.
• English at C-level and Dutch at C-level are required.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural, international environment.
