Senior Technical Program Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Plan, establish, and execute processes across multiple development teams.
• Orchestrate technical planning, execution, and enablement for key processes.
• Manage timelines, validation, data readiness, integrations, and infrastructure work.
• Define, track, and analyze execution KPIs.
• Align roadmap feature scope with infrastructure capacity, data availability, and validation bandwidth.
• Identify and resolve execution risks and technical blockers, while driving continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to take initiative, collaborate across the organization, and drive issues to closure.
• Fluent English and Hebrew.
