Program Manager - Applications (Senior Leadership Role)

What you will do

• Own product direction, roadmap priorities, and trade-offs for a core customer-facing applications domain.
• Lead a multidisciplinary organization of 20+ people across Engineering, Product, and Design/UX.
• Drive customer value, product adoption, customer experience, reliability, quality, and service health.
• Own end-to-end delivery from problem discovery and product definition through development, release, adoption, and ongoing operations.
• Manage headcount, cloud and vendor resources, balancing investment, speed, quality, and cost.
• Partner with customers, Customer Success, and commercial teams while managing performance against measurable business and product outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in a B2B SaaS product and technology organization.
• Experience owning a product, platform, or business domain with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong product judgment, customer orientation, technical fluency, and engineering decision-making skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, or related functions.
• Ability to make difficult decisions with incomplete information and balance innovation, customer value, speed, reliability, technical health, and cost.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills are required. Hebrew is advantageous.
