Senior PR&D Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Facilitate PR&D strategy, methodologies, quarterly planning, and QPR processes.
• Lead complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects across the complete product lifecycle.
• Shape software delivery processes through the program management guild.
• Define unit metrics and KPIs and improve organizational visibility.
• Coach R&D and Product teams in agile and program management practices.
• Identify, prototype, and drive adoption of AI and automation for planning, reporting, risk tracking, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience in engineering and product environments focused on SaaS products.
• Experience leading large-scale projects through design, release, and post-release sustainment in organizations with approximately 500 R&D and Product employees.
• Strong stakeholder influence, strategic thinking, change leadership, and alignment-building skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile, program management methodologies, JIRA, and the Atlassian stack.
• Working familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, including practical use in planning, reporting, or documentation.
• Basic understanding of data infrastructure and pipelines, plus a hands-on approach to prototyping tools and lightweight dashboards.

• Experience scaling AI-powered tools or workflows in an R&D Product organization.
