Lead Business Technical Product Owner (AI Automation)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Corporate HQ in Irving, Texas, United States

Salary: $117,600–$206,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise Automation-as-a-Product program, including RPA and AI tool intake.
• Evaluate, triage, prioritize, and communicate decisions on AI and automation requests using governance frameworks.
• Own the automation product backlog and develop rolling product roadmaps for executive leadership.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Serve as technical product owner for Microsoft Copilot and approved enterprise AI solutions.
• Oversee pilots, production rollouts, integration validation, quality assurance, release planning, adoption, and user enablement.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product leadership role.
• Experience managing internal technology platforms, digital workplace products, or enterprise services.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, or IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow or Ivanti.
• Experience using DEX tools, telemetry, analytics, user feedback, and Voice of the Customer insights to guide product decisions.
• Experience with product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, Agile, Scrum, stakeholder management, and measurable product outcomes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
