hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Lead tax and industry professionals delivering tax compliance and consulting services.
• Manage all services for a book of business and develop a deep understanding of client needs.
• Review and sign engagement letters, client deliverables, tax returns, and related work papers.
• Discuss assignment terms with clients and staff and approve fees.
• Mentor team members and support service quality.
• Develop new business and expand services for existing clients.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field.
• Current CPA licensure required; a JD or EA may be accepted instead of a CPA.
• 10+ years of public accounting experience in a tax role with a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships, advocate for service quality, and provide tax advisory expertise.
