hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Lead tax and industry professionals in delivering tax compliance and consulting services.
• Own all services for clients within an assigned book of business.
• Review and sign engagement letters, client deliverables, work papers, and tax returns.
• Discuss assignment scope and terms with clients and staff, and approve fees.
• Monitor tax law changes and ensure current technical knowledge.
• Develop new business and expand services for existing clients while mentoring the team.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field.
• Current CPA licensure is required; a JD or EA may be accepted instead of a CPA.
• 10+ years of public accounting experience in a tax role at a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Work from one of the New England offices in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Connecticut.
