Technical Program Leader and Solution Architect (IBM Maximo)

Location: 100% onsite in Orlando, Florida; Tampa is also listed in the conditions.

Base compensation: $82,082–$179,088 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and Maximo Application Suite solutions.
• Serve as the technical lead for EAM architecture, integrations, data management, cloud deployments, and operational processes.
• Architect integrations between Maximo and ERP, GIS, HR, financial, and IoT platforms.
• Define data governance, master data management, migration, and data quality strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, governance sessions, and technical mentorship for cross-functional teams.
• Manage large-scale EAM transformation programs, including scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, quality, vendors, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of architecture, design, implementation, and support experience with IBM Maximo 7.6.x.
• Strong understanding of Maximo Application Suite solutions with Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience or exposure to infrastructure setup for Maximo Application Suite.
• Experience managing large-scale EAM transformation programs across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.
• Ability to work onsite in Orlando, Florida.
