Senior IT GRC Analyst

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise IT compliance administration, reporting, and remediation.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, systems, and process documentation.
• Lead remediation activities and ensure regulatory processes and internal policies are followed and documented.
• Partner with HR, Security, and Audit teams to define requirements, objectives, and technical specifications for compliance projects.
• Align IT practices with PCI, HIPAA, SOX, and applicable data security and privacy regulations.
• Support IT business continuity and disaster recovery planning, as well as vendor and contract compliance oversight.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of dedicated IT compliance experience focused on strategy and process implementation.
• At least 8 years of broad Information Technology experience.
• Working knowledge of diverse IT platforms and infrastructure, including the hardware and software compliance lifecycle.
• Extensive knowledge of data security, compliance, and privacy laws.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Foundations and project management principles.
• Expert-level process documentation skills and the ability to translate regulations into actionable business requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience planning and executing IT disaster recovery programs.
• CISA, CRISC, or ITIL certification.
