Senior IT GRC Analyst (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise IT compliance administration, reporting, and remediation.
• Lead and track remediation activities to maintain regulatory and internal policy compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Security, and Audit teams to define compliance project requirements and technical specifications.
• Align IT processes with PCI, HIPAA, SOX, data security, and privacy requirements.
• Create technical and procedural documentation supporting audit readiness and operational transparency.
• Support IT business continuity and disaster recovery planning and oversee compliance-related vendors and contracts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of dedicated IT compliance experience focused on strategy and process implementation.
• At least 8 years of broad Information Technology experience.
• Understanding of diverse IT platforms and infrastructure and expertise in the hardware/software compliance lifecycle.
• Extensive knowledge of data security, compliance, and privacy laws.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Foundations and project management principles.
• Expert process documentation skills and the ability to translate regulations into actionable business requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience planning and executing IT disaster recovery initiatives.
• CISA, CRISC, or ITIL certification.
