What you will do

  • Lead the administration and maintenance of IT compliance policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
  • Manage and track complex remediation activities to ensure regulatory and internal policy integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR, Security, and Audit teams to define business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Ensure organizational adherence to PCI, HIPAA, SOX, and other data security and privacy laws.
  • Create extensive technical and procedural documentation to support audit readiness.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a dedicated IT Compliance role focused on strategy and process.
  • At least 8 years of broad experience within the Information Technology field.
  • Proven expertise in the hardware/software compliance lifecycle and data privacy laws.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL Foundations and project management principles.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Orlando, FL.

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or ITIL.
