Incident Manager - Detection & Response (AI)

Location: Zürich, Switzerland; hybrid with staff expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time

What you will do

• Own and grow incident management within the Detection & Response team.
• Manage the full incident response lifecycle, including detection, triage, containment, remediation, and post-incident review.
• Collect and analyze incident trend data, patterns, and root causes.
• Partner with engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams to implement broad fixes and systemic improvements.
• Strengthen organizational learning and operational maturity after incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
• Experience level aligned with the internal job-level requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across technical and business teams.
• Ability to work from the Zürich office at least 25% of the time under the hybrid policy.
