Sr Supervisor, Maintenance Operations (Onsite - Irvine)

Location: Onsite in Irvine, California, United States; travel estimated at less than 5%.

Salary: $83,500–$125,200 annual base salary, plus possible incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead maintenance and machine technicians supporting automated manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Own preventive and breakdown maintenance programs and ensure production equipment meets or exceeds baseline performance.
• Schedule facility preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs, subcontractors, and site support.
• Support equipment and facility upgrades, capital improvements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage spare-parts inventory and maintain documentation for maintenance operations.
• Participate in the safety committee and oversee assigned safety, training, accident-prevention, investigation, environmental, and OSHA-compliance activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience maintaining, repairing, and improving automated manufacturing equipment and building facilities.
• 3+ years of management experience leading maintenance teams.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude, technical ability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, SAP, basic controls, and vision-system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, data analysis, process improvement, prioritization, and government regulations.
• Associate degree in engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
