Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico; hybrid, with onsite attendance at the Guadalajara office as needed. Candidates must be based in Guadalajara.

What you will do

• Apply agentic systems, NLP, and machine learning to build solutions that improve sales professionals’ productivity and effectiveness.
• Design and run experiments, translating ambiguous business problems into research questions and prototypes.
• Own complex research projects from initial scoping through prototype or production-ready model delivery.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to move research into production and deliver user value.
• Identify innovation opportunities, influence the AI roadmap, and act as a subject matter expert.
• Mentor junior researchers and provide constructive feedback across the Data Science team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an AI researcher, data scientist, or ML engineer.
• At least 1 year of experience deploying ML or AI features in production.
• Deep expertise in AI agent systems, Natural Language Processing, and classic machine learning.
• Experience leading research projects, including experimental design, prototyping, and delivery of production-ready models.
• Experience communicating complex research findings to product and engineering partners.
• Python experience for data processing, machine learning, and AI agents; familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
