Focus on aligning quality strategies, analyzing healthcare data and health disparities, maintaining NCQA and EQRO compliance, and leading cross-functional teams and vendor engagements.
Location: Remote in Ohio, or within driving distance to Columbus, Ohio; travel up to 20% to offices and external agencies in Ohio.
Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do
- Lead quality improvement programs and enterprise-wide clinical quality strategy for Ohio Medicaid.
- Align Quality Associate and Population Health Stream strategies across population groups.
- Drive HEDIS and CAHPS deliverables, performance improvement, and strategies for MPS and QBA measures.
- Oversee Cross-stream Quality Withhold collaboration and vendor and provider engagement.
- Maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, committee materials, and program documents.
- Lead efforts to maintain NCQA and EQRO compliance and protect confidential member information.
Requirements
- 4 or more years of experience working within Medicaid.
- 2 or more years of current or previous leadership experience, ideally leading quality improvement or compliance professionals.
- Experience in healthcare quality improvement or process improvement.
- Knowledge of quality improvement concepts, healthcare data analysis, data mining, population health issues, trends, and health disparities.
- Understanding of value-based payment models and culturally competent improvement interventions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior executive and government audiences.
Nice to have
- Ohio residency or residence within driving distance to Columbus.
- Associate's degree in practical nursing, health administration, health policy, or business, or equivalent experience.
- CPHQ certification.
- Knowledge of IHI improvement methods, FMEA, KDD, workflows, diagrams, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of 's internal policies, procedures, and systems.
