Senior Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript/React)

Location: Ukraine or Europe; remote work or the Kyiv hub is available.

What you will do

• Own the web architecture and development of new ecosystem products.
• Deliver standalone web and Electron applications end to end, including frontend interfaces, backend logic, and database setup.
• Build and maintain a Web AI Harness that enables designers, QA, and product managers to contribute code and features safely.
• Collaborate with DevOps to establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for web applications.
• Maintain high code quality, test implementations thoroughly, and work autonomously from problem definition through delivery.
• Track modern web trends and evaluate new tools with the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web or full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React and/or Svelte, and PWA development.
• Hands-on experience with Electron or similar desktop/web hybrid frameworks.
• Understanding of relational databases, backend integration, cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform, and Google Tag Manager.
• High autonomy and experience driving projects independently in cross-functional teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI harnesses, prompt engineering, and prompt evaluation systems.
• Experience with client-side AI libraries such as TransformerJS.
• Pet projects or experience in early-stage product teams.
• Product analytics experience and the ability to connect data insights to product fixes.
