Staff Product Manager (ChefTech)

Location: Remote in Argentina; regular in-person travel to the US is required.

What you will do

• Own the ChefTech product surface, including chef onboarding, recipe and product activation, the Chef Portal, and the chef mobile app.
• Set the roadmap and OKRs, and manage products from problem discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Define the vision and multi-quarter plan for a unified ChefOS platform covering onboarding, recipes, menus, kitchen operations, performance, and payouts.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to build tools that help chefs run their businesses.
• Develop a modular, white-label platform offering for restaurants and food businesses.
• Drive measurable outcomes, prototype ideas, use AI in product work, and report progress and risks to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a platform or multiple connected product lines.
• Experience with 0-to-1 product work involving large, undefined problems and open-ended strategy.
• Experience leading complex, multi-team programs through influence and alignment.
• Strong product judgment, problem framing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort using AI tools for prototyping, drafting, research, and analysis.
• Ability to work remotely from Argentina and travel in person to the US regularly.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational, supply chain, marketplace, or B2B platform products.
• Experience packaging an internal platform as a product for external customers.
