What you will do

• Process written and third-party prescriptions using RxEVO, verify patient information, and manage adjudication reviews.
• Provide customer service and support prescription delivery, screening events, flu shot scheduling, and immunization scheduling.
• Assemble, label, and verify prescriptions, including controlled-medication counting, liquid measurement, and antibiotic reconstitution.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, invoices, warehouse and DSD orders, deliveries, recalls, returns, and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automated prescription processing equipment and execute RxIMS reports.
• Maintain pharmacy organization, support facility upkeep, and follow pharmacy standards and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Active Texas registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician; 3+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy management tasks, RxEVO, pharmacy SOPs, MS Office, Windows, and related systems.
• Advanced communication and telephone etiquette, mathematical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and ability to work independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, stand for extended periods, and lift 30 pounds or more.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of pharmacy experience.
