YouTube Creator (AI): Building and growing Creative Fabrica's YouTube channel through AI-focused educational and entertainment videos with an accent on content strategy, scripting, creative packaging, and audience development. Focus on testing topics, formats, titles, thumbnails, and hooks, analyzing retention and watch-time data, and rapidly developing follow-ups to successful videos.
Location: Full-time, in-office role at the Amsterdam HQ, Amsterdam, Netherlands. Includes 30 work-from-anywhere days per year.

What you will do
- Own 's YouTube channel and grow its audience, reach, and viewership.
- Develop and evolve the YouTube content strategy based on performance.
- Take video concepts from ideation through titles, thumbnails, structure, production, and publication.
- Create AI, creative workflow, technology, product, experiment, and industry-focused content.
- Write scripts with strong narratives, hooks, and pacing, and present videos on camera when appropriate.
- Direct collaboration with video editors, motion designers, graphic designers, and educational content producers while testing formats and analyzing retention, click-through, and watch-time data.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience creating YouTube, digital video, or creator-led content.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube analytics, including click-through rate, retention, watch time, recommendations, and audience development.
- Demonstrated experience generating meaningful organic viewership.
- Strong understanding of titles, thumbnails, video packaging, storytelling, hooks, and pacing.
- Comfort presenting on camera and excellent written and spoken English.
- Independent, high-output ownership, frequent publishing, experimentation, and genuine curiosity about AI tools.
Nice to have
- Experience growing a personal YouTube channel or maintaining a creator portfolio.
- Videos with 100K+ or 1M+ organic views.
- YouTube Shorts, basic video editing, or thumbnail design experience.
- Experience collaborating with YouTubers, YouTube SEO knowledge, or use of generative AI in content production.
