Integrated Game Producer (EA SPORTS FC)

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid work. The role requires regular international travel to tournaments, bootcamps, and team events, with flexibility around match schedules and occasional weekend work.

What you will do

• Develop and produce educational, entertaining, and social-first content for Liquid FC and EA SPORTS FC audiences.
• Capture match-day, tournament, behind-the-scenes, player-focused, and event content in vertical and horizontal formats.
• Manage content calendars and publish content across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Coordinate players, coaches, staff, internal teams, freelance creatives, sponsors, leagues, and tournament partners.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, views, and other platform KPIs; prepare performance reports and iterate on content strategy.
• Manage the assigned annual content production and social activation budget, including travel, freelancers, and production costs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content production, digital media, esports, gaming, sports, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of EA SPORTS FC, its community, culture, and competitive ecosystem.
• Experience creating social content and understanding filming, editing, content formats, trends, and production workflows.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
• Experience coordinating freelance creatives and managing multiple contributors, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal English; willingness and ability to travel internationally, with a valid passport or ability to obtain and maintain one.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in the EA SPORTS FC competitive scene, esports, gaming, or live sporting events.
• Experience working with professional players, creators, influencers, or on-camera talent.
• Photography experience and familiarity with professional camera and audio equipment.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar production tools.
• Experience with sponsored content, social channels, content calendars, or external creative contributors.
