Senior Content Lead (SaaS)

Location: The Hague, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands; on-site or hybrid

Salary: €5,000–€6,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour week, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Own and execute the content strategy from ideation through publication.
• Manage the multilingual content production pipeline and editorial calendar across Dutch, German, and international markets.
• Create English full-funnel content, sales enablement materials, campaign ads, landing pages, social media content, and nurturing emails.
• Maintain editorial ownership of English website and product-app content and lead proofreading for Dutch and German markets.
• Own CMS structure, publishing workflows, template governance, and collaboration with designers on visual assets.
• Coordinate keyword and topic opportunities while mentoring content specialists on tone, transcreation quality, and brand voice.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Dutch required.
• 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or another complex operational industry.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics in engaging language.
• Experience owning a content calendar or production pipeline.
• Comfort with HubSpot, Framer, SEMrush or similar SEO tools, Monday, and Salesforce, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Writing without AI assistance is essential; AI may support the workflow but must not replace high-quality natural language.

Nice to have

• Additional European language such as German, Spanish, or French.
• Experience with website migrations and information architecture.
