Accessibility Design Specialist (Game Accessibility)

What you will do

• Partner with production teams across studios to improve accessibility in games.
• Facilitate accessibility-focused user testing, including recruitment guidelines, moderation, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with disabled gamers before launch to gather feedback and refine accessibility features.
• Work with UX directors, designers, and internal advocates to integrate accessibility throughout production.
• Promote accessibility best practices through internal training, conferences, publications, and knowledge sharing.
• Build relationships with the accessibility community and industry experts.

• Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
